We went on the Hot Air Balloon ride at Disney Spring’s only to have our daughter’s shoe slip off and end up in the lake below. When we were laughing with a cast member at the Star Wars store he told us to hang out while he ran to the back. He returned after to speaking to Mickey on the phone, and they gave us a voucher to purchase another set of shoes for our daughter. It is that level of customer service we will never forget!
